Committee Update.

Some members have asked us if we could publish the results of our discussions during our meetings to keep everybody up to date. This is an excellent idea and I'm happy to oblige.
Obviously much of our time during this and previous meetings has been devoted to Grandmaster Yuns visit in November.
- Advertising is taking place in all the relevant magazines. James Mathews has done an superb job with the press releases. We already have around 12 people for the Instructors course and 30- 40 for the one day seminar. If you want to come along then you must book now to avoid disappointment.
We are planning an end of visit dinner for Sunday 14th November. We will be publicising this soon but make a date in your diary. All are invited with partners.
The combined Progress Review and Master class will be held on Sunday 7th November. Again if you have not booked your place then do it now. This is a great opportunity to be reviewed by Grandmaster Yun.
- We have been discussing how we can maintain standards as the art grows in the UK. Attached you will find an outline of an instructors ongoing development programme. Grandmaster has seen details of this programme and has agreed for us to continue its development.
- The Christmas Party will soon be upon us. Tickets are being printed and I would suggest you buy your tickets quickly. All are invited, it will be at the Indoor Bowling Club in Solihull. Entertainment is booked and the evening will have a western theme. Diary date Saturday 4th December, don't miss it, bring the whole family
- We will be publishing a Newsletter within the next few weeks. Any articles you think would be of interest please send them to me.
